Purpose

To seek approval for
officers to proceed with the statutory consultation and
advertisement in respect of a proposed Traffic Regulation Order to
introduce a One Way restriction and prohibition detailed within
this report.
 

Decision

To authorise the statutory
consultation and advertisement of notice of the intention of the
Council to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to implement a One
Way restriction on Harrow Place between the Promenade and Clifton
Drive in an eastbound direction
 
If no objections are made to
the proposals, to authorise the Head of Legal to make the Traffic
Regulation Order
