Purpose

Elan Homes Lancashire Ltd have
been granted planning permission for their residential housing
development (Redwood Point) on land off Moss House Road, Blackpool
and have requested that the Council enter into a formal Section 38
Agreement with them for the roads and highway drainage.

To authorise entering into a
formal Section 38 Agreement with Elan Homes Holdings limited for
the highway works at their new residential development on land off
Moss House Road, Blackpool.
