Decision

1.1             
The Executive agreed the recommendations as outlined
above namely:
 
1.     
To agree to the delegate authority to the Chief
Executive in relation to the transfer of land to the Secretary of
State for Levelling Up Housing and Communities (DLUHC), as outlined
in red on the attached Plan A in Appendix 5a, to the Executive
report.
 
2.     
To delegate authority to the Head of Legal Services
to enter into any proposed legal agreements in relation to the
sale/transfer of the Devonshire Road site.
