Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £7,000 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2023/2024. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.

Councillor Ivan Taylor of Claremont Ward has requested:

(i) £1,311.32 as a ward councillor funding donation to Waste Services towards Claremont Waste Amnesty in November 2023. Retrospective as costs were being agreed.

Councillor Lynn Williams of Claremont Ward has requested:

(i) £1,311.32 as a ward councillor funding donation to Waste Services towards Claremont Waste Amnesty in November 2023. Retrospective as costs were being agreed.

The Cabinet Member agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:
