Purpose
The Council's delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £7,000 to each Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2023/2024. The funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for the benefit of the local community.
Councillor Anita Cooper of Anchorsholme ward has requested:
(i) £819.49 as a ward councillor funding donation to Friends of East Pines Park towards the cost of a lawn mower and paint to maintain the football pitch.
(ii) £415 as a ward councillor funding donation toBlackpool Libraries towards the cost of seating and books in Children’s Library section.
Councillor Paul Galley of Anchorsholme ward has requested:

Councillor Tony Warne of Bispham ward has requested:
(i) £5,500 as a ward councillor funding donation to Parks and Green Open Spaces towards the cost of planting trees as part of Red Bank Road regeneration.
Councillor Paul Wilshaw of Bispham ward has requested:
(i) £6,551 as a ward councillor funding donation to Parks and Green Open Spaces towards the cost of planting trees as part of Red Bank Road regeneration.
Councillor Carl Mitchell of Squires Gate ward has requested:
(i) £1,596.10 as a ward councillor funding donation to Blackpool Council Alleygates team towards the cost of an alleygate between 12-14 Highfield Road.
Councillor Gerard Walsh of Squires Gate ward has requested:
(i) £1,596.10 as a ward councillor funding donation to Blackpool Council Alleygates team towards the cost of an alleygate between 12-14 Highfield Road.
Councillor Graham Baker of Stanley ward has requested:
(i) £1,457.50 as a ward councillor funding donation to Enveco NW Environmental Services towards additional waste bins for Stanley Ward.
(ii) £816 as a ward councillor funding donation to Blackpool Council Engineering Services, Parks and Highways towards the cost of Highfield Road green space park benches.
Councillor Jason Roberts of Stanley ward has requested:
(i) £816 as a ward councillor funding donation to Blackpool Council Engineering Services, Parks and Highways towards the cost of Highfield Road green space park benches.
(ii) £168.20 as a ward councillor funding donation toMarton Moss Neighbourhood Forum towards the cost of Marton Moss Neighbourhood Forum Annual Digital Running Cost.
Councillor Listette Roe of Tyldesley ward has requested:
(i) £583 as a ward councillor funding donation to Enveco towards a waste bin on the corner of Glastonbury Avenue and Park Road.
Councillor Fred Jackson of Victoria ward has requested:
(i) £260 as a ward councillor funding donation to the Broadway Stars towards the cost of Broadway Stars dance costumes.
Councillor Pam Brookes of Victoria ward has requested:
(i) £260 as a ward councillor funding donation to the Broadway Stars towards the cost of Broadway Stars dance costumes.
