Purpose

To outline a proposal to renew the lease arrangements for property occupied by Empowerment Charity Lancashire under a LTA 54 lease, which encompasses the property known as 333 Bispham Road Blackpool at a rent which reflects an RPI uplift on the current passing rent.

Decision

To approve the lease renewal for a period of 10 years in line with the Heads of Terms which can be found at Appendix A.
