Purpose

The purpose of this report is
to seek approval for Blackpool Council to enter into Contract with
Balfour Beatty to deliver pre-construction activities including
delivery of design options and value engineering existing proposals
for of the Bispham Coast Protection scheme.
 

Decision

That Blackpool Council approve
the decision to enter into contract with Balfour Beatty for
pre-construction activities for the Bispham Coast Protection
Scheme.
