To approve the construction of
a new 3G pitch at Stanley Park. 
 
To accept the contribution of
£250,000 for this project from the Football
Foundation.
 
To authorise the contribution
of £250,000 for this project from Section 106
funding.
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
Services to enter any necessary legal agreements.
