Purpose

To consider applications under the Ward Councillor Grants Scheme and an amendment to the Ward Councillor Scheme Guidance.

Decision

The Leader of the Council agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:

1. To authorise the requests, as submitted.

1. To amend the criteria set out in the Ward Councillor Funding Guidance in order to permit funds to be used for Christmas trees that are sustainably sourced / disposed of.
