Purpose

To
consider  a grant to be made available
to Create Developments (Bispham) Ltd, within
the timescale specified within this report, to help enable a new
housing development at Ryscar Way, Bispham, Blackpool.
 

Decision

To approve a grant to Create
Developments (Bispham Ltd) for the sum of £199,000, within
the timescale as specified and referred to within this
report, to enable further enabling /
infrastructure works.
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
to serve required notification and enter into any legal
documentation in connection with the grant.
