Purpose

To seek authority to lease
Council owned land and buildings at Moor Park Primary School to the
Synergy Education Trust under a 125 Year Lease, in line with their
forthcoming Academisation from September.

Decision

To
enter into a 125 year DoE Academy Land Transfer Lease along with
Commercial Transfer Agreement (CTA).
