appointment of Home Group Ltd (Newcastle upon Tyne) as the
contractor for the provision of a tenancy support service,
following completion of a tender exercise.

To approve the
appointment of Home Group Ltd, as the contractor for the provision
of a tenancy support service. The contract is for a period of 12
months with the option to extend for a further two years (1 year +1
year) subject to budget and satisfactory review.
