Purpose

The purpose of this report is
to seek approval for Blackpool Council to enter into Contract with
United Utilities to provide Partnership Officers to deliver
services as part of the Turning Tides Partnership.
The Officers will carry out
duties to provide the secretariat, communications lead and
partnership co-ordination officer across the North West for the
Turning tides Partnership.
 

Decision

To approve the decision to
enter into contract with United Utilities to provide resources to
enable the Turning tides Partnership to continue and to refresh the
Love my Beach Campaigns.
