The Executive agreed the
recommendation as outlined above namely:
 
To agree to the continued use
of the Environment Agency’s Collaborative Delivery Framework
where appropriate, and authority to use alternative coast
protection framework contractors if required for the delivery of
the Blackpool Coastal Protection Schemes between 2022 and
2027.
