Purpose

To seek approval to utilise
Lancashire County Councils (LCC) Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System
Framework (PDPS Framework) for the Provision of Specialist
Substance Use Rehabilitation Services And Detoxification Services.
 
The PDPS Framework is similar
in nature to a standard Framework Agreement.  The PDPS Framework has the flexibility to sanction
new procurement exercises and open the framework to allow
additional Providers to enter (under predetermined circumstances)
for the duration of the contract.
 

Decision

To approve the appointment of
the Providers listed in 3.1 to deliver the Provision of Specialist
Substance Use Rehabilitation Services And Detoxification Services.
