To confirm the outcome of the
recent Procurement exercise to call off of the Crown Commercial
Services (CCS) Framework for Back Office Solutions (BOS) ref RM6194
for the Provision of a Customer Housing Portal on Behalf of the
MyHomeChoiceFyldeCoast Partnership.
 

Decision

To approve the appointment of
Civica to deliver a Customer Housing Portal on Behalf of the
MyHomeChoiceFyldeCoast Partnership.
 
To upgrade the existing system
from version 10.2 to version 16.3
