Decision

The Executive agreed the
recommendations as outlined above namely:
 

1.     
To endorse the Blackpool Cultural Strategy and
Action Plan and confirm the Council’s commitment to being a
key partner in contributing to its delivery over the next 5 years
is agreed.
 

2.     
To confirm the Council’s commitment to being a
partner in delivering the Arts Council Place Partnership Fund bid
to be submitted by the Grand Theatre on behalf of the Creative
Blackpool Development Group.
 

3.     
To commit £75,000 in total over the programme
delivery period set out in the bid (January 2025 to 31 March 2027)
as identified in the financial considerations.
