Purpose

To approve the assignment of
the collateral warranties, currently held by the Local Authority,
in relation to construction works undertaken under the former
Building Schools for the Future (BSF) project 2010-2014.
 

Decision

To approve the assignment of
the warranties over to The Blessed Edward Bamber Catholic Multi
Academy Trust ‘the Trust’.
