Purpose

To seek approval and
instruction to authorise the issue and agreement of licences to
allow ground investigation works to be undertaken in Blackpool
Council owned land, which forms part of the active airfield managed
by Blackpool Airport.

To confirm approval to proceed
with issue and agreement of aforementioned licences.
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
Services to enter into the legal documentation required to
implement this decision.
