Purpose

To confirm the outcome of a
further competition tender exercise undertaken via a Yorkshire
Purchasing Organisation (YPO) Framework.
 

Decision

To approve the appointment of
CDER Group to provide an Enforcement Agent service to maximise the
collection debts on behalf of Blackpool Council and Fylde Council
(The Shared Service). The period of the contract is for 1st April
2025 to 31st March 2027, with the option to extend for a period of
2 years (subject to contract review and budget
availability).
