Purpose

To consider the proposed
Parking Services fees and charges for Charles Street Car Park for
2024/2025 in respect of this car park which is due to open in
January/February 2025 and to add this car park to the approved
schedule of car parks.
 

Decision

The Cabinet Member agreed the recommendations as outlined above
namely:
 
To agree the
introduction of a schedule of the off street parking tariffs for
the parking area named Charles Street Car Park and as set out
within the attached schedule at Appendix A, subject to
consultation, with effect from 1 December 2024 until 31March
2025.
 
To authorise the
advertising of public notices in accordance with the requirements
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
