Purpose
The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2024/2025. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
Councillor Alistair Humphreys
of Clifton ward has requested:
(i)
£334.34 as a ward councillor donation to
Friends of Little Marton Windmill, towards the cost of a
refurbishment.
Councillor Jim Hobson of
Bloomfield ward has requested:
(i)
£350.00 as a ward councillor donation to Red
Rose Women’s Group, towards the cost of a Christmas
lunch.
Councillor John Boughton of
Layton ward has requested:
(i)
£634.50 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of a road closure for the Layton Christmas
tree switch on event.
(ii)
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Stanley Rugby League Club, towards the cost of Christmas
hampers for residents in Layton.
Councillor Kathryn Benson of
Layton ward has requested:
(i)
£634.50 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of a road closure for the Layton Christmas
tree switch on event.
(ii)
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Stanley Rugby League Club, towards the cost of Christmas
hampers for residents in Layton.
Councillor Kim Critchley of
Hawes Side ward has requested:
(i)
£375.00 as ward councillor donation to Friends
of Bridge House Farm, towards the cost of a
defibrillator.
Councillor Neal Brookes of
Hawes Side ward has requested:
(i)
£375.00 as ward councillor donation to Friends
of Bridge House Farm, towards the cost of a
defibrillator.
