Purpose

To determine whether the
existing Town Centre Public Space Protection Order should be
extended, with some minor updates, for a period of three
years

Decision

To approve the extension of the
updated Town Centre Public Space Protection Order attached at
Appendix A for a further period of three years until 9 November
2027.
 
To delegate to the Head of
Legal Services, authority to seal the Order.
