Purpose

The purpose is to give formal
permission to the developer being Tyson construction
To undertake formal section 38
and section 278 carriageway and highway drainage works to this
development in accordance with the Planning decision.
 

Decision

To agree that the contractor
Tyson Construction constructs the section 38 and Section 278 works
in accordance with the approved plans and that the formal s38/278
Hybrid between the Council and Tyson construction be formulated in
compliance with the Planning Decision.
