Purpose

To seek approval to enter into
a Grant Funding Agreement (GFA) with Homes England (HE) for the sum
of £153,000 for housing related revenue expenditure for the
period 2024/ 25.

Decision

That approval is given to enter into the Grant
Funding Agreement in order to deliver the associated activities
outlined within it.
 
That following authorisation and signing from
section 151 officer, the Head of Legal Services shall seal and
return the contract on behalf of the Council (as required by Homes
England)
