Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2024/2025. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Alistair Humphreys
of Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£35.22 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Coastal Housing, towards the cost of refreshments for
Langdale Christmas switch-on.
 
Councillor Paula Burdess of
Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£35.23 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Coastal Housing, towards the cost of refreshments for
Langdale Christmas switch-on.
 
Councillor Diane Mitchell of
Waterloo ward has requested:

(i)              
£989.34 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of an alley gate on Garden
Terrace.
 
Councillor Simon Cartmell of
Waterloo ward has requested:

(i)              
£989.34 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of an alley gate on Garden
Terrace.
 
Councillor Kathryn Benson of
Layton ward has requested:

(i)              
£968.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of a Christmas tree at Layton
roundabout.

(ii)            
£50.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Brass Band towards the cost of a Brass Band for the
Layton Christmas tree switch on.
 
Councillor John Boughton of
Layton ward has requested:

(i)              
£968.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of a Christmas tree at Layton
roundabout.

(ii)            
£50.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Brass Band towards the cost of a Brass Band for the
Layton Christmas tree switch on.
 
Councillor Mel Fenlon of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£200.00 as a ward councillor donation to the
Young at Heart club, towards the cost of a Christmas meal at
Ibbison court.
 
Councillor Jim Hobson of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£200.00 as a ward councillor donation to the
Young at Heart club, towards the cost of a Christmas meal at
