About

The Union / Employee Consultation Committee is a forum for discussion and negotiation between Bolsover District Council's management and employee representatives, chosen by local trade unions. It meets quarterly to discuss employee relations, working arrangements, and terms and conditions of employment. The committee's role is to facilitate consultation and negotiation, with the Chair and Vice-Chair positions rotating annually between management and employee representatives.
