Decision

 
RESOLVED that
1) the underspend of £789,357 to be allocated to fund the
costs of the remaining public realm works be approved,
 
2) the appointment of Dragonfly Development
Limited (DDL) to deliver the contract for the value of
£1,857,537.29 be approved,
 
3) delegated authority is given to the
Monitoring Officer to enter into a Development Agreement with
Shirebrook Town Council based on the Heads of Terms as set out in
the report.
