Decision

RESOLVED that 1) the recommendations
of the review outlined in section 2 of the report (Appendix 2) be
endorsed,

 
2)
that monitoring of these recommendations by the Scrutiny Committee
takes place over a twelve-month period via post scrutiny monitoring
reports with an update report to the Scrutiny Committee at the end
of the monitoring period.
