RESOLVED thatthe
recommendations of the review as outlined in section 2 of the
report (Appendix 2), be endorsed,
 
2) monitoring of these recommendations by the Scrutiny Committee
takes place over a twelve-month period via post scrutiny monitoring
reports with an update report to the Scrutiny Committee at the end
of the monitoring period.
