Decision

RESOLVED that 1) subject to planning approval and funding being awarded by Homes England and EMCCA, the capital expenditure budget required to deliver the Mill Lane, Bolsover affordable housing development, with a total development and land purchase cost currently estimated at £9,712,491, less, any Homes England or other grant funding secured, be approved,

2) delegated authority be granted to the Strategic Director of Property, Construction and Assets in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, to finalise the contractual, financial and delivery arrangements necessary to progress the scheme, including procuring in line with the Constitution and contractor selection provided the final cost, grant position and risk profile remain materially consistent with the report.
