RESOLVED that 1) Executive agrees in principle to land known as Stratton Memorial Gardens, be transferred to Old Bolsover Town Council, subject to conditions set out at paragraph 3.6 of the report,

2) the Strategic Director Property, Construction and Assets be authorised to approve the disposal following completion of the consultation process as outlined in the report, after taking any objections to the sale into account.
