RESOLVED that the Council
grant an option to Strata Homes Yorkshire Limited, Persimmon Homes
Limited and Stancliffe Homes Limited to
buy the land for £200,000 on terms agreed by Director of
Governance and Legal Services and Monitoring
Officer.
