Code of Conduct Panel

The Code of Conduct Panel considers allegations of misconduct against councillors and co-opted members of Bracknell Forest Council. It has the power to impose sanctions if a breach is found, specifying when these sanctions take effect, if they are delayed, and if they are time-limited. However, the panel cannot suspend or disqualify a councillor or co-opted member, nor can it withdraw allowances.
