About
The Health and Care Overview and Scrutiny Panel examines and reviews decisions and actions related to the Council's health and care functions, as well as any matters affecting the Borough or its residents and businesses. It conducts scrutiny reviews and policy development projects, and monitors the performance of relevant departments by receiving data reports and questioning executive portfolio holders and officers. The panel makes evidence-based reports and recommendations, and can refer significant issues to the Overview and Scrutiny Commission for reporting to the Council.
