Decision

To enter into a build over agreement with Thames Water for the JV to proceed with construction of the development at Market Street, with the Council being fully indemnified by the JV in terms of risks and costs associated with the build over agreement

Reasons for the decision

To allow the JV to continue to implement the construction of the approved scheme at the site known as Market Street by building over the existing sewer
