Purpose

To consider the outcome of the pre-publication
consultation into the future of College Hall.
 
NB:       This is being dealt
with under the General Exception Procedure rules due to officers
awaiting the outcome of the stage 1 pre-publication consultation
exercise before deciding to seek a formal decision to move into
stage 2.

Decision

The Executive Member agrees to the
commencement of the formal consultation process regarding the
potential closure of College Hall PRU, that was included as part of
the Council’s Safety Valve proposals endorsed by Council at
its meeting on 10 January 2024.
