Purpose

To provide a mid-year update on the Commercial
Property investment portfolio

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

      
i.        
the Executive Committee notes the information on the investment
portfolio and agrees that no further action is required at this
point.
 

    
ii.        
the Executive Committee delegates authority to the Assistant
Director:
Property to carry
out disposals of properties in appendix one in consultation
with the Executive
Director of Resources.
