Decision

The incumbent air conditioning units and
condensers have been end of life for at least two years. This means
that in the event of a breakdown, replacement parts are only
available on a best endeavour basis. It has previously been advised
to IT Steering Group on 9th Sept 2021 that it should be
replaced.
The recommendation is to award the contract to ACLogic.
