software to Phoenix Software Limited, to start 19th Dec 2023.

Reasons for the decision

Our of four suppliers that were sent a Request
For Quote form, Phoenix Software Ltd were the cheapest at
£10,808.68 and one of two companies that completed the form.
Therefore, they accepted the council’s conditions of
contract.

Alternative options considered

Solarwinds also sell direct, weren’t
able to accept the terms and quoted £12,057.00.
Insight completed the RFQ but priced themselves at
£11,596.96.
One company – SCC didn’t respond to the RFQ.
