Purpose

To seek approval for Bracknell Forest Council
to dedicate a new footpath on their land where a permissive route
(Mosses Path) currently runs. The path would be given the ref
Binfield Footpath 27. Quality improvements would be completed to
the path’s surface using s106 developer funding.

Decision

For Bracknell Forest Council to formally
dedicate the permissive route known as
‘Mosses Path’, as a public
footpath (Binfield Footpath 27) and to use Section 106
developer funding to improve its surface
condition and increase its accessibility.
