Purpose

To award a contract for the provision of the
East Berkshire Stroke Support Service for any stroke survivor, of
all ages, or person who is affected by Transient Ischemic Attack
(TIA), their families, and carers, who are resident in East
Berkshire.

Decision

That a contract for the East
Berkshire Stroke Support Service, commencing on 1 April 2025 be
awarded to Tenderer A, for an initial period of three years, with
the option of two further one-year extension periods to a maximum
of five years, (3+1+1 years) subject to satisfactory
performance.
