Purpose

To seek approval for the allocation of s106
developer contributions (£93,581) as a grant to by Bracknell
Town Council, to support refurbishment and maintenance of the
playground and associated facilities (new access path, information
board, bins and seating) at Ennerdale Playing Field.

Decision

i.      
That £93,581 of s106 contributions (as
summarised in Annex 2) are allocated to Bracknell Town Council as a
grant to support refurbishment and maintenance of the playground
and associated facilities at Ennerdale Playing Field.
 

ii.    
To condition that appropriate planning permission is
secured if/where required, and the grant be paid in full upon
completion of the works.
