Purpose

To award the contract to the successful bidder
for Bridgewell Supported Living following completion of a
competitive tender process to secure a housing provider and care
and support provider.

Decision

To award a contract for Housing Management Services (Landlord)
and Care & Support Services to Tenderer A for an initial term of 5 years, commencing 6th May
2025.
 
To note that the
Council may at its entire discretion extend the
Contract from the end of the initial term for a period of up to 3
years and following this a further period of up to 2 years. The
total contract term including permitted extensions is 10
years.
 
To note that under the Contract
Standing Orders, the Executive Director, People has the authority
to permit extensions in accordance with the contract
terms.
