To award the works contract to create a new
SRP following the tender process

Decision

That the contract to create a new 25 place
special resource provision at Edgbarrow Secondary School be awarded
to tenderer A.

Reasons for the decision

The decision is made in accordance with the
recommendation set out in the strategic procurement plan dated 18
June 2024 and approved by the Cabinet, to award the works contract
to a single organisation to create the new provision on the
existing Edgbarrow School site.
