Purpose

Award of contracts for the corporate property,
commercial property and motor insurance with claims handling
services

Decision

i.      
That the Corporate Property Insurance and Claims
Handling Services contract due to commence on 1st April
2025 be awarded to Tenderer B.
 

ii.    
That the deductible for Corporate Properties be
increased as follows:
 

·      
Housing increase from £25,000 to
£50,000

·      
Corporate and Education properties increase from
£100,000 to £250,000
 

iii.   
That the Commercial Property Insurance and Claims
Handling Services contract due to commence on 1 April 2025 be
awarded to Tenderer B.
 

iv.   
That the deductible for Commercial Properties be
increased from £nil to £5,000 for investment properties
and from £nil to £1,000 for all other
properties.
 

v.    
The Motor Insurance and Claims Handling Services
contract due to commence on 1st April 2025 be awarded to
Tenderer C.
 

vi.   
That all three contracts be awarded on the basis of
a three year long term agreement with
the option to extend for two further periods of two
years.
