Purpose

To seek approval for the proposed use and
realignment of the available Education Capital and Revenue grant
funding to enable the essential building works and all associated
costs that are required to the College Hall site, to be progressed.
Works are required to provide a temporary accommodation provision
at College Hall, whilst the new SEMH and the Autism Free School are
under construction.

Decision

1.         That the
re-alignment of the Safety Valve related capital projects and
financing, to allow works to commence at the College Hall site be
approved.
 
2.         That the
implementation of the building works and all associated costs be
funded from available Education grants.
