Purpose

To seek approval to proceed with a proposed
cemetery extension following appropriation and planning
approval

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

i.      
the expansion of Easthampstead Park Cemetery into the adjacent land
currently used as a Pitch & Putt at Downshire Golf Course be
approved.
 

ii.    
the construction of the new cemetery commence in Spring 2026 from
the
associated capital
funding budget allocation.
 

iii.   
the surrender of the Pitch & Putt land on the terms previously
agreed be instigated with Everyone Active in April 2020, from 31
October 2025.
