Purpose

The strategy sets out the Council’s
vision to improve school attendance across Bracknell Forest schools
and ensure that children and young people receive support at
earliest opportunity, with the right people involved, at the right
time.
The new School Attendance strategy will support the council plan by
ensuring all children and young people within Bracknell Forest have
access to quality education and opportunities to enable them to
fulfil their potential.

Decision

RESOLVED that
 

i.      
the feedback received from young people, families, communities, and
professionals as part of the consultation and development of the
school attendance strategy is noted
 

ii.    
the school attendance strategy 2025-2028 for Bracknell Forest and
the
supporting action
plan is approved.
