Purpose

To agree to adopt the updated Statement of
Community Involvement 2025.

Decision

RESOLVED that
 
i.      
the content of the Statement of Community Involvement 2025 in
Planning matters (Appendix A) is adopted.

 
ii.    
Authority is delegated to the Executive Director: Place in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Transport and
Countryside to agree any necessary minor amendments to the
Statement of Community Involvement prior to publication.
